Inspired by the German flagship that looks onto the monkey enclosures at Berlin zoo, Monkey Bar on the sixth floor of the 25hours Hotel One Central forgoes wildlife for striking views over The Museum of The Future.
It’s the newest place in Dubai for drinking, dining and dancing, where the appealing choice of highballs, classics and signature cocktails (try the Banana Old Fashioned) is accompanied by a Latin American inspired food menu.
Boasting incredible views of the Dubai skyline and the Museum of the Future, Monkey Bar is ready to mix, shake and stir things up. The rooftop jungle showcases swagger and charm within every facet. Cages on the terrace can comfortably seat up to 15 people, allowing guests to indulge in a private party full of monkey business.
The cocktails and dishes aim to transport revellers to the tropics. The eclectic menu features juicy beef brisket and tangy gambas on a bed of coconut hogao sauce. Monkey Bar presents an array of jungle juices to wash it all down, including a twist on the classic espresso martini – the Espresso Martiki.
Ensuring the ambience matches the vibrancy of the venue and view, guests can expect an array of nightlife-driven entertainment from Monkey Bar’s banging DJs.
