The acts join Swedish House Mafia and Kendrick Lamar to complete the biggest artist line-up in Abu Dhabi GP history.
With only three weeks remaining of the 2022 Formula 1 calendar, it has been announced that Dave will play the Yasalam After-Race Concert on Thursday, 17 November, with UK rock outfit Def Leppard will bring the curtain down on Sunday, 20 November at the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix 2022.
The news comes as the Middle East’s biggest entertainment weekend prepares to host its largest-ever number of racegoers. Cementing Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a hub for sporting events and excellence.
UK rap artist Dave will be coming to the capital for the first time. His 2019 debut album Psychodrama was met with widespread critical acclaim, winning the prestigious Mercury Prize and being named ‘Album of the Year’ at the Brit Awards. The British producer, musician and songwriter has also collaborated with Drake and AJ Tracey.
With more than 110 million albums sold worldwide, 2019 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Def Leppard continue to be one of the most important forces in rock music. Def Leppard’s influential career includes two of the best-selling albums of all time, Pyromania and Hysteria.
Access to the concerts is exclusively for Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders. While unprecedented global demand has seen all 2022 Grand Prix tickets sold out, limited Golden Circle access is still available, providing the best possible access closest to the stage at Etihad Park.
