Hayal – Flavours of Istanbul brings a taste of Türkiye to Business Bay.
Dubai’s newest Turkish restaurant, Hayal – Flavours of Istanbul, has opened its doors at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. The new venue takes over the space previously occupied by Bleu Blanc, offering masterfully prepared modern Turkish dishes amidst lively entertainment.
Located on the Mezzanine floor of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, Hayal’s design draws inspiration from the city of Istanbul, combining traditional elements and colours with modern features and surprises. Upon entry, guests will notice the distinct artworks, vibrant décor and panoramic views of the Downtown Dubai skyline and Dubai Water Canal.
The menu, created by Roberto Segura, showcases succulent meats, strong coffees, and decadent desserts but with extravagance and luxurious flair. Hayal’s a la carte menu features wagyu beef tartar, stuffed mussels, grape leaves with raspberries and pickled tuna, stracciatella sourdough pide, grilled octopus, 50-hours slow-braised short rib, Adana kebab and a mixed meat platter. End the experience with decadent Turkish delights such as baklava, Anatolian rice pudding, künefe or the signature Hayal dessert platter.
The name Hayal comes from the Turkish word for “daydream” – an apt title for a venue that is expected to bring artistic finesse and vibrancy to the heart of Dubai. Guests will feel as if they have landed in Istanbul, greeted by a lively open kitchen concept, indoor and outdoor seating, and a social atmosphere accentuated by dynamic entertainment.
Hayal – Flavours of Istanbul is a partnership between Marriott International and Infini Concepts, who are also responsible for dinner and a show TABŪ.
