The indie rock band will cap their 2025 world tour with a one-night only stop in Dubai.
Scottish legends Franz Ferdinand are bringing their world tour to Dubai this winter. Hot on the heels of a year-long global concert series and a new studio album, the five-piece will take over Coca-Cola Arena on Tuesday 13 December.
The band first broke through in 2004 with their Mercury Prize-nominated debut and the now iconic Take Me Out, a track that helped shape the indie landscape of the early 2000s. Since then, they’ve picked up Brit Awards, Ivor Novellos, Grammy nods, and a loyal global following.
The band’s sixth album, The Human Fear, which also lends its name to the tour, sees them return with a fresh set of tracks that feel made for the stage. Expect to hear songs from the new record alongside fan favourites like Do You Want To, No You Girls and more from across their 20-year career.
If you’re lucky enough to bag a ticket, you’ll see founding members Alex Kapranos and Bob Hardy joined on stage by newer faces Julian Corrie, Dino Bardot and Audrey Tait.
Franz Ferdinand is one of several international names set to appear at Coca-Cola Arena this year. The venue’s entertainment calendar is already jam-packed with standout shows including the Queen of Hip Hop, Mary J Blige, Lil Baby and Deep Purple.
Tickets for Franz Ferdinand are available to buy online now.
