Hollywood Star and Spider-Man actor Andrew Garfield will take star billing at this month’s event.
The countdown for the 13th edition of the Middle East Film & Comic Con is on, and with just days to go, event organisers have confirmed Spider-Man will appear in person. Event visitors will get the chance to meet Andrew Garfield on 19 – 20 April, for signings and photographs.
The Golden Globe® and Tony® Award-winner has played the cult superhero for more than a decade. He made his debut in the 2012 hit The Amazing Spider-Man, before donning the red cat suit once more in 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home. In addition to Spider-Man, Andrew has also appeared in a range of other blockbuster film and TV shows, including The Social Network, Hacksaw Ridge and Doctor Who.
Now in its 13th year, this year’s Middle East Film & Comic Con promises to be bigger and better than ever, with a host of other names lined up throughout the three-day event. Stranger Things actress Natalia Dyer and The Flash’s Grant Gustin are also scheduled to appear 19 – 20 April while Daredevil’s Charlie Fox and Marvel’s Kingpin, Vincent D’Onofrio will be on hand 18 – 19 April.
Comic Con visitors will also have a host of attractions to explore, including a collector’s gallery of rare collectibles, Cosplay Central, Japanese Village, gaming area and comic book lounge.
