From 2 October to 5 October, The NBA Abu Dhabi Games 2025, is back with its fourth NBA edition. A collaboration between the National Basketball Association (NBA) and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi (DCT Abu Dhabi), this interactive fan event will feature two iconic teams, the New York Knicks and the Philadelphia 76ers, playing pre-season games on 2 October and 5 October at Etihad Arena on Yas Island.
NBA legends Oscar Robertson, Derrick Rose, Mark Jackson, John Starks, Rudy Gay and Michael Carter-Williams will be playing as part of the NBA District. This is your opportunity grab courtside seats at two of the biggest games of the year.
The NBA District, an interactive fan event celebrating all things basketball, will start on Thursday. What’s more you will be able to take part in basketball activities on a full-size NBA court, take photos with the Larry O’Brien Trophy, purchase limited-edition NBA merchandise and attend panel sessions with the stars.
As part of the programming, artists Siilawy, Tul8te, DJ Jack, Stick No Bills and DJ D-Nice will perform on the Friday night. On the final day, there will be a performance by local DJ Abu Dhabi House Movement at Sunday Coffee Social.
