The festival returns to Yas Island on 4 April 2026 following its Abu Dhabi debut last year.
OFFLIMITS Music Festival has announced a new wave of artists for its second edition, set to take place on 4 April at Etihad Park, Yas Island. Following its Abu Dhabi debut last year, the one-day festival returns with an expanded line-up led by previously announced headliner Shakira.
Joining the bill are the Jonas Brothers, who will perform on the T11 Stage. The American trio, comprising Nick, Joe and Kevin Jonas, have sold more than 20 million albums worldwide and achieved three consecutive No 1 albums on the Billboard 200.
Three-time Grammy Award winner NE-YO has also been confirmed. Since his 2005 breakout single So Sick, he has won countless awards and amassed more than 23 billion streams, with hits including Closer and Miss Independent.
Scottish rock band Biffy Clyro joins the programme alongside Icelandic group KALEO, whose debut album A/B featured Way Down We Go. British singer Myles Smith has also been added to the line-up following the international success of his hit Stargazing.
Additional names include Scouting for Girls and Toploader, known for tracks such as She’s So Lovely and Dancing in the Moonlight. Rising artists Bayou and Yara Mustafa will represent regional talent, alongside London-born newcomer YAZ.
The 2026 edition builds on the success of the inaugural festival, which welcomed huge acts including Ed Sheeran and positioned OFFLIMITS as a new addition to Abu Dhabi’s live events calendar. Organisers have confirmed multiple performance zones across the site, with music running from day to night.

OFFLIMITS is brought to Abu Dhabi by Theory 11 Entertainment in partnership with the Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi and Miral.
Tickets for the 4 April event are now available, with prices starting from AED 495.
