Inside the bar area, lively colours permeate the space, firmly establishing the Miami vibe and offering a strong sense of place for guests as they transition from one zone to another. The design incorporates bold block-colour renderings, a monochromatic ceiling, retro Wynwood-inspired wall murals, and subtle terracotta accents that pay homage to the timeless charm of the Art Deco era. These elements effortlessly blend the past with the present, encapsulating Miami’s cultural heritage while presenting it in a modern and refreshing manner.
Nostalgic touches playfully enhance the atmosphere. Suspended rollerblades serve as quirky decor, evoking carefree days spent roller skating along the Miami Beach boardwalk. Vintage telephones and an ice cream machine add a touch of nostalgia while inviting guests to engage with the space, reinforcing a sense of community.
The menu at The 305 offers a journey through Southern Florida’s food scene, featuring dishes like the Fried Chicken Sandwich, Lobster Roll, Diablo Burger, and the colossal Miami Slice, a 40cm pizza slice!
Outside, a harmonious blend of tranquil greens and pastel pinks, enhanced by subtle shading, creates an inviting poolside oasis. Here, guests can savour The 305’s culinary offerings or relax while sipping specially curated cocktails on loungers and daybeds. This sand is flanked by spacious cabanas, ideal for those seeking an intimate, shaded hideaway or for larger groups looking to celebrate.
The venue opens with several tempting offers, including a daily happy hour from 5pm to 7pm with drinks priced from AED 20. The 305 has also partnered with Blended Wellness to offer pool and beach access, a 60-minute massage, access to the Salt Cave, and AED 100 food and beverage credit for AED 500 per person.
