Scheduled to debut at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers in April 2024, SUSHISAMBA is renowned for its explosion of vibrant colours, incredible flavours, entrancing music, and lively vibes. Drawing inspiration from the cultures and cuisines of Japan, Brazil, and Peru, SUSHISAMBA has garnered a global following, with locations in Dubai, Doha, Las Vegas and London.
Crafted under the culinary direction of Kyung Soo Moon, SUSHISAMBA presents a seamless blend of creative Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian specialties. Rooted in the energy and spirit of these three distinct cultures, the menu pays homage to the Japanese emigrants who ventured to Peru and Brazil in the early 20th century. The eclectic menu features premium ingredients, offering diverse dishes from traditional Japanese tempura and sushi to Brazilian churrasco and Peruvian anticuchos and seviche.
Taking over the space formally occupied by VaKaVa at Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers and designed by Lazaro Rosa Violan, SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi spans two floors. The first floor comprises a restaurant and terrace, while the second floor houses a private dining room, bar, the popular SAMBAROOM, and a terrace with stunning sea views.
SUSHISAMBA Abu Dhabi ensures a fully immersive experience throughout the week, featuring live entertainment from dancers, DJs, and musicians. Special events, including a sizzling ladies’ night and an unmissable Saturday brunch, are set to be announced soon.

This launch follows the recognition of two of the hotel’s prestigious restaurants in the inaugural edition of the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi.
