ICD Brookfield Place in Dubai is set to elevate its luxury hospitality offerings with the launch of three innovative concepts by D.ream, the restaurant group behind Amazonico, COYA and Zuma, later this year.
Bar des Prés and Il Gattopardo will be situated on the 51st floor of the tower in DIFC. These will be accompanied by 1920, an Art Deco bar on the 52nd floor. These dynamic venues promise residents and visitors unique culinary experiences, expertly curated mixology, and entertainment.
Bar des Prés, helmed by Chef Cyril Lignac, will offer a sophisticated blend of Franco/East Asian cuisine. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and popular media presence, Lignac’s fourth Bar des Prés location (following London’s Mayfair and two in Paris) will feature seasonal ingredients and traditional techniques. Diners can enjoy dishes like Green asparagus with caramelised miso, Crunchy crab & avocado galette with madras, and a variety of delicate sushi plates. Desserts will highlight Lignac’s pastry expertise with French classics such as Guanaja chocolate soufflé and Pecan praline mille-feuille. The Parisian-inspired dining area will be open for lunch and dinner.
Il Gattopardo, inspired by its namesake novel, will capture the refined luxury of the Italian Riviera, evoking the glamour and energy of Milan and Venice. Open from noon until late, it will be the perfect spot for long lunches or late-night aperitivos. As the evening progresses, the Lounge will come alive with music from resident DJs. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli, will feature modern Italian classics like Gamberi with Sicilian Mazara prawns, Stracciatella agnolotti, and fresh seafood.
1920 bar will offer a nostalgic journey back in time with its Art Deco design inspired by 1920s Manhattan skyscrapers. Its sleek design combines exceptional craftsmanship and modern industrial elements, creating a sophisticated environment for creative cocktails and vintage champagnes.
The launch of Bar des Prés, Il Gattopardo, and the 1920 Bar marks a significant milestone for ICD Brookfield Place, joining a distinguished array of restaurants like Josette, La Niña, The Arts Club and The Guild.
