The revamped Nahaam Brunch 2.0 takes diners on a global dining experience — quite literally.

Now, as celebrations are underway, Conrad Abu Dhabi has been teasing the debut of “something big” on social media, and we can reveal that it’s the Nahaam Brunch 2.0.
Nahaam is gearing up to take diners on a culinary journey around the world without ever leaving the premises. A truly innovative concept, the Nahaam Brunch 2.0 brings together culinary highlights from the hotel’s renowned dining venues in one lively yet laidback setting that’s accented with beachfront views. As for what’s on the menu? You can enjoy a variety of live stations featuring an array of dishes from the hotel’s award-winning restaurants, for starters.
These include classic East Asian favourites from Nahaam, where guests can choose from sushi and wok stations. Authentic Italian cuisine from Sole and vibrant Spanish tapas from José by Pizarro are also offered, including Latin-inspired dishes such as ceviche, guacamole and tacos. Expertly grilled meats from Ray’s Grill and beloved Lebanese classics from Li Beirut will also be served. Additionally, international selections from Rosewater as well as delectable pastries and desserts crafted by the hotel’s pastry chefs promise to be unmissable.
Perfect for families, the Nahaam Brunch 2.0 also includes complimentary beach and pool access, offering a relaxed and fun-filled day for all ages. Meanwhile, live music comes courtesy of a band that’s onsite throughout the afternoon, adding to the already cheery vibes that pervade the restaurant’s brunches.
