DESEO, the Latin American-inspired restaurant and lounge at ME Dubai, launches the “Fiesta DESEO Brunch” on Saturday lunchtimes. Bringing a taste of Latin America to the heart of Business Bay, diners at DESEO can enjoy a range of traditional dishes and authentic flavours from chef Executive Chef James Knight Pacheco.
Inspired by the vibrant sights and sounds of the Mexican coastal town of Tulum, DESEO is punctuated with personality and charm throughout its intimate lounge and dining space, stimulating a tropical and celebratory vibe that calls to the fiery fiestas of the Latin American continent.
Brunch at DESEO promises a menu of Latin-inspired cuisine featuring authentic bites and desirable cocktails, taking you on a journey across the region’s countries. Brunch-goers will begin their culinary adventure with signature appetiser Maiz Maiz, a savoury sweet corn dish that’s rich in flavour and texture, followed by an impressive array of fresh Peruvian Ceviches, made from local and seasonal fish in tropical flavours; and the irresistible Anticuchos, a contemporary interpretation of traditional grilled skewers.
Diners can select Wagyu Picanha, Wagyu Rib-Eye, Red Snapper, Chilean Seabass, Lobster or Shrimps for their main course. Brunch culminates on a sweet high with Tres Leches or the Instagrammable Pina Colada Ice Cream.
The three-hour feast is ideal for an afternoon of fun in the sun and is complemented by creative concoctions, funky beats and live entertainment on the venue’s terrace.
The Fiesta DESEO Brunch is available every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. AED 295 (soft beverages), AED 395 (house beverages) and AED 440 (sparkling).
