Ibiza’s famed Sublimotion pop-up will now run until Wednesday, 4 May 2022.
Sublimotion opened to instant renown at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai in November 2021 for a three-month period, but following the success of this unique dining experience, the beachfront resort has extended the pop-up’s residency until 4 May 2022, before returning to Ibiza for the summer season. The multi-sensory experience is the brainchild of Paco Roncero (chef and owner of two Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid) and Eduardo Gonzales (co-founder and creative director of event management company Vega Factory).
This once-in-a-lifetime culinary experience features ten whimsical courses, and the new season will bring with it a variety of new additions that will transform and delight with every scene and bite. The theatrical show includes 360-degree screens with imagery projected onto every surface, from the walls to the table, taking guests on a journey from a sushi bar in Tokyo to a Jazz Club in New York City, offering 12 lucky diners many surprises along the way. And you thought dinner theatre was special.
