Dubai’s hottest restaurant continues to elevate its dining offering.

With recent visits from Cristiano Ronaldo, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, SUSHISAMBA Dubai continues to carve out a reputation as the place to see and to be seen in Dubai.

Following hot on the heels of the launch of a new business lunch, the highest restaurant on Palm Jumeriah will be celebrating carnival season with a one-off SUSHISAMBA brunch on Saturday 26 February, from 12:30pm to 4pm.

The lively party will channel the Rio Carnival’s energetic essence and free-spirited revelry through the restaurant’s signature blend of Japanese, Brazilian, and Peruvian cuisines.

A bright and colourful display of freshly prepared SAMBA rolls, SAMBA sushi, salads and seviches will form the centrepiece of the vibrant and dynamic gastronomical experience. A curation of hot platters and main courses will then be served at the table alongside free-flowing beverages. The indulgent dessert platter guarantees to surprise and delight with its decadent options.

Dazzling samba dancers will electrify the atmosphere 230 metres above Palm Jumeirah, whilst musicians DJ Megablast and Eribertho Cruz will be flown in from Ibiza for the occasion, curating a musical backdrop of infectious beats.

Offering three different food and beverage packages, the Carnaval Brunch is priced at AED 450 (soft beverages), AED 595 (house beverages) and AED 795 (sake and Champagne).

The festivities will continue on Tuesday 1 March from 9pm, with an ultra-exclusive Carnaval Party in the venue’s vibrant SAMBA Room. Carnaval at the SAMBA room will embrace the extravagance of the occasion with a live performance from DJ Megablast and Eribertho Cruz, alongside Samba dancers that channel the rhythm and exuberant spirit of Rio de Janeiro. The party will mark the closing of Carnaval and the opening of the invite-only SAMBA room.
