British Comedian Jimmy Carr headlined Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena on 7 January 2023.
Known for being one of the hardest working comedians in the industry, Jimmy Carr brought his ‘Terribly Funny 2.0′ World Tour to Yas Island on Saturday, 7 January for an exclusive UAE performance.
Known for his delivery of one-liners and his extensive work across television and radio, Jimmy’s current comedy tour featured over 280 shows last year.
“Hello UAE! I can’t wait to return to see you all at the Etihad Arena in January – grab your tickets & I will see you all there!” Jimmy says.

The performance was Jimmy Carr’s first in Abu Dhabi and GME Events third headline Comedy show at the Etihad Arena following the sold-out successes in 2021 with Russell Peters and Michael McIntyre.
Before the comedian took to the stage at Etihad Arena megastar, the large screens on either side of the venue were DSCVR branded to showcase our brand to the audience of 18,000 attendees. The video, which was played on a loop in the lead-up to the show, introduced not only the DSCVR website but our burgeoning social media platforms, as kinetic images filled the screen.
