Expect bohemian-inspired decor, Latin-inspired beverages and access to a 1.2 kilometre stretch of private beach.
It’s hard not to be mesmerised by the extravagance of Abu Dhabi’s Emirates Palace with its 114 breathtaking 18-metre-high domes, 302 ornate hotel rooms, and 92 luxury suites, all decorated in gold and marble. And while a stay may not be on the cards for all of us, the opulent address offers an abundance of dining choices, including a newly launched Sunset Brunch.
Taking place at the poolside Las Brisas (meaning “breeze” in Spanish), Emirates Palace’s elegant evening brunch offers a winning combination of delectable dishes, free-flowing beverages, and pool access for family and friends.
This swish poolside retreat offers oysters, caviar, Bloody Mary’s and Champagne – but that’s just to start! The Sunset Brunch menu includes fish and chips, wagyu burgers, sushi, and a ceviche trolley. Elsewhere, live stations offering perfectly grilled dishes straight from the BBQ and tantalising tacos complete the culinary offering.
The fun of this elegant brunch doesn’t stop with the food. In addition to access to the resort’s temperature-controlled swimming pool and 1.2 kilometres of private beach, revellers at the Palace will be treated to live entertainment from a DJ and percussionist.
It’s the perfect way to wind down on the weekend.
The Sunset Brunch takes place on the last Saturday of each month at Las Brisas, from 5:30pm to 10pm. AED 495 (house beverages) and AED 699 (Champagne).
