The all-day bistro is a new concept by independent hospitality group TABLE4TWO of Rascals Deli and ‘Za ‘Za fame.
Elevated comfort food in an easy-chic setting is always a winning formula for summer and, now, it has a new address in Dubai: Apollo. The latest concept by the team at TABLE4TWO, who you may know for the likes of Rascals Deli and Zaza Slice, the all-day bistro is now open at Palm Views West on Palm Jumeirah.
On the menu are lighter options that span bar bites, raw plates, salads, and hot appetisers like Prawn Sesame Toast and Peruvian Grilled Octopus. For something heartier, diners can choose from pasta and risotto dishes, mains such as Chicken Pot Pie and Duck Confit with Arroz Nikkei, and signature creations like the Apollo Burger with Dry Aged Wagyu. You’ll end on a sweet note, of course, choosing between a number of timeless classics: both Basque Cheesecake and Pain Perdu with Vanilla Anglaise make an appearance in the desserts section.
The interiors, designed in collaboration with Muqaddas Akkari Studio (MA Studio), combine raw textures with soft tones to create a space that’s cool, comfortable, and timeless. From the deep burgundy walls and rich wood textures to the patterned velvet sofas and mood lighting, Apollo’s interiors have been designed to exude confidence. Adding a sense of place, meanwhile, are floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Harbour, filling the space with soft daylight by morning and a golden glow by night. The dining room keeps it simple: clean lines, soft textures, and just the right amount of edge.
Founded in 2023 by Talal Hizami, TABLE4TWO is driven by one mission: creating culinary concepts that cultivate memorable experiences and celebrate artisinality. Apollo joins the family as the group’s most versatile project yet, designed for Dubai’s natural rhythm — everything from working lunches to laidback dinners and late-night drinks is on the roster as Apollo is open daily from noon to 1:30am.
