A trio of new experiences have debuted at the brasseire in Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental.
Summer is the season of culinary discovery, with outdoor adventures and glamping excursions inevitably replaced by indoor brunches, new culinary offerings, and menus curated to offer respite from the searing heat. Over in the capital, it’s all happening at Broadway in Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, where a trio of new experiences is celebrating bold flavours, relaxed rituals, and the timeless appeal of good company.
Famed for its distinctive design and captivating atmosphere, the modern American brasserie and bar is as theatrical as its name suggests, a modern homage to the Art Deco era in Abu Dhabi. Three new signature moments, each designed to extend the Broadway experience, have been introduced for summer. An elevated Happy Hour from 6pm to 8pm and the classic British Sunday Roast served weekly from 12:30pm to 4pm aside, there’s also a new weekend brunch to explore.
Every Saturday, the Broadway Brunch offers a journey of elevated comfort food, served sharing-style. The menu features tempting starters like Truffle Egg Cocotte and Cauliflower Salad crowned with spiced almonds. For mains, guests can savour Porcini Ravioli or Grilled Corn-Fed Chicken and Wagyu Bavett. A selection of sides ranging from crispy fries to broccolini adorned with golden shallots perfectly complements the dishes, while indulgent desserts like Eton Mess and Poire Belle-Hélène make for the perfect finale.
It’s all amplified by a live DJ spinning the decks from 12:30 to 4pm, keeping the energy flowing as diners settle into this lively social destination. Bonus: you’ll be invited to enjoy complimentary access to the beach before or after brunch, making it the ultimate day out with full use of its exquisite facilities. Ranging from AED 295 to 495, the Saturday Broadway Brunch runs from 12:30 to 3:30pm.
