CARBONE, one of the most recognised Italian restaurants in America, has finally made its UAE debut at Atlantis The Royal. Naomi Campbell surprised guests by spinning the decks during the after-party and the restaurant was brimming with celebrities and socialites this weekend.
Inspired by Manhattan’s Italian-American dining rooms, the legendary restaurant combines old-school swagger with the very best in high quality ingredients. CARBONE Dubai transports guests to the golden age of glamour, with the dining room elegantly decorated with chandeliers, a curated selection of art and Venetian glass mirrors creating an inviting atmosphere. The restaurant is also home to one of the largest jellyfish tanks in the world, which stretches across the entire wall of the dining room.
