On the fourth floor of Mama Shelter, diners are well used to savouring French classics – with a twist of Italian flair thrown in for good measure – but things are about to take an even tastier turn with the launch of Mama’s first ever brunch service.
Serving platters take centre stage so guests can sit back and sample multiple vibrant dishes plucked straight from the Mama Restaurant menu. With its signature flavour bombs, modern twists and carefully sourced local ingredients, the brunch menu is designed to set the scene for a fun-filled weekend.
No brunch would be complete without a cold drink or two to sip between bites. Mama Shelter’s brunch beverage options include a zero-alcohol menu, a wine and beer selection, cocktails and spirits or champagne and bubbles.
Ensuring the atmosphere sparkles like the champers, there’s a live bad performing throughout the three-hour brunch service. After dining, brunch guests don’t have to head home – the party continues atthe 1920’s speakeasy-themed Mamm’s Bar, where signature cocktails and modern styling set the mood.
Brunch is available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM every Saturday, with prices starting from AED 249 (non-alcoholic drinks) and rising to AED 549 per person for the champagne and bubbles drinks option.To book a table, email: [email protected].
