Ain Dubai
Standing at a staggering 250 metres high, Ain Dubai is the highest and largest observation wheel in the world (double the height of the London Eye and New York’s Statue of Liberty). Carrying up to 1,400 passengers in its 48 capsules, 19 unique experiences await aboard the record-breaking new attraction, from sundowners to private dining in the sky. Best of all, Ain Dubai offers unobstructed 360-degree views of the Dubai skyline and the city’s most famous landmarks, including Burj Al Arab, Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa.
Aquaventure
Officially the world’s largest waterpark, Aquaventure at Atlantis, The Palm, has recently expanded with the addition of two new towers, adding 28 new waterslides and attractions. The new experiences include the world’s tallest waterslide of its kind, the longest family water coaster in the world and the tallest vertical drop body slide in the Middle East, in addition to the region’s first cliff jumping experience. Over at Splasher’s Lagoon and Splashers’ Cove, guests will find 16 new waterslides and attractions designed for water-based fun. Together they form the biggest kid’s only waterpark experience in the Middle East.
Burj Khalifa
No visit to Dubai would be complete without a trip to the top of the world’s tallest building. Be thrilled by the world’s fastest double-deck elevators, cruising at 10m/s as you arrived ‘At The Top.’ Here on level 125, at the height of 456 meters, you can take in the stunning 360-degree views of Dubai or enjoy the new immersive experience – an inspired glass floor with a twist! With indoor and outdoor terrace viewing platforms, this is one experience you don’t want to miss.
Deep Dive Dubai
With a depth of 60 meters and holding a staggering 14 million litres of water, Guinness World Records recently verified Deep Dive Dubai as the world’s deepest swimming pool. Deep Dive Dubai’s pool features the latest technology, including the region’s most advanced hyperbaric chamber and an underwater city that can be explored by divers of all levels, complete with abandoned streets. The 1,500sqm facility is shaped like a giant oyster in a nod to the UAE’s pearl-diving heritage and is also home to a dive shop, gift shop and an 80-seat restaurant.
Dubai Frame
Dubai Frame is an iconic structure that ‘frames’ impressive views of Old and New Dubai while serving as a metaphorical bridge connecting the emirate’s rich past with its magnificent present. Offering spectacular panoramic views across the city, Dubai Frame celebrates the story of Dubai, from its early establishment to its ambitious plans for future development. On the Sky deck, guests will experience uninterrupted views of Dubai from all sides, “Old Dubai” to the north and “New Dubai” to the south.
Madame Tussauds
The Dubai edition of the world-famous wax attraction is the first in the GCC and the 25th globally. The attraction encompasses 21,528 square feet and six zones spread across two floors. In the Leaders Zone, you’ll find a speech podium, be able to have tea with the Queen or enjoy an Air Force One presidential photo opportunity. Discover the world of Fashion with jewellery swings or strike a pose on the catwalk. The Film and Media Zone is home to a director’s chair, or you can ride pillion with Tom Cruise, while the Bollywood themed area contains dress-up props and the chance to ride a rickshaw with Salman Khan. The Sports Zone features an interactive penalty shoot our and winners podium, while the Music Zone is anchored around an interactive dance floor.
Museum Of The Future
The Museum of the Future is the first museum of its kind, built to transform the very perception of the future as we know. In a single journey, visitors will wander from a galactic experience, exhibiting the future of humanity in outer space, to the future wonders of ecology. The journey begins in the depths of our solar system, paying tribute to the inspiring Emirates Mars Mission project that saw the Hope Probe successfully enter Mars’ orbit last year.
Sky Views Observatory
Sky Views offers an exhilarating combination of 360-degree city views and adrenaline-pumping attractions. Step outside at the first attraction of its kind in the region and enjoy a full circle hands-free walk on a ledge that encircles the top of the Address Sky View’s main pod over 219.5 meters above the ground! Next up, the glass Sky Slide is a transparent tube that wraps around the tower’s exterior, linking level 53 with level 52 below. The ride from floor to floor is entirely uninterrupted and provides impressive views of the city below.
The Green Planet
Pay a visit to The Green Planet, an incredible bio-dome home to a tropical rainforest housing more than 3,000 plants, birds and animals. Young minds will be enthralled with an up-close and personal sloth encounter as the sleepy mammal roams free amongst the flora. Kids of all ages can meet friendly lemurs or explore the unusual experiences at The Green Planet, including camping overnight in the rainforest, snorkelling with piranhas or even being a zookeeper for the day.
The View at The Palm
Enjoy sweeping 360-degree views from The View at The Palm Observation Deck located on the 52nd floor of The Palm Tower. Situated 240m above Palm Jumeirah, the ascent to the top takes three minutes in the elevator. Situated at the top of The Palm Tower, the newly-opened ‘The Next Level’ features unobstructed, barrierless panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai’s skyline, making it the highest vantage point on Palm Jumeirah.
