The beloved Japanese restaurant, Origami, has finally reopened its doors in Dubai with some exciting new additions to the menu! Renowned for its intricate and skilfully prepared Japanese dishes combined with art, the restaurant now boasts a fresh minimalist interior by the famous VSHD Interior Design, a Dubai-based brand known for its modern timeless style.
Apart from the structural redesigning, Origami has included a lot of mouth-watering dishes in its menu, making it one of the most popular restaurants in Dubai. New signature dishes include the Japanese Potato Salad, with a savoury mix of Japanese mayo, crispy cucumber, and smoked shichimi beef bacon, all topped with fresh black truffle, and the Sashimi Tartare, made with diced fresh salmon, tuna, and Hamachi tossed with shallot, cucumber, and creamy avocado, and last finished with Osetra Caviar.
That’s not all you can expect on the menu, Origami will also host a special selection of new Hoso Maki options: Black Cod marinated in miso, cream cheese fluffy and torch crab mayonnaise with a finishing touch of chili teriyaki and nuts; Bluefin Tuna fresh on spring onion with a warm wasabi drizzle, Osetra Caviar over sweet soy sauce; and fresh Yellowtail Roll citrus-marinated with avocado and a touch of spicy jalapeño.
