Cassette is sharpening its knives for another incredible culinary experience following the sold-out success of its previous Chef Unleashed dinners.
The modern Parisian Bistro, located in The Courtyard in Al Quoz, is set to host an exclusive Chef Unleashed dinner on Tuesday 12 October to celebrate the launch of a two-month art show with local photographer and artist, Chrissified.

Starting at 7pm, guests will be invited to a first look at Chrissified’s creative photography, inspired and shot during his recent adventures in Iceland. The six-piece exhibition will run from Tuesday 12 October until Sunday 12 December. Following an introduction from the artist, dinner will kick off at 7:30pm with a menu inspired by the photography and brought to life by Cassette’s Head Chef Shaunne Cordier.
Food connoisseurs will sample Icelandic imitations of the earth’s intricate organic imagery depicted from the landscapes captured by Chrissified’s creative imagination. The incredibly innovative five-course menu will feature an eclectic selection of textures and flavours that mirror the landscapes portrayed in the photography. The menu will remain a secret until it’s revealed on the night, with Chef Shaunne introducing each course. Still, diners can expect an array of exotic ingredients, including Osetra caviar, volcanic sepia ‘ash’ bread and seaweed foam.

With only 30 seats available at the table, Cassette’s Chef Unleashed tickets cost AED 380 per person. Payments can be made in advance by cash or card at Cassette.
