The American comedian will perform as part of Abu Dhabi Comedy Season.
Comedy talent and US actor Pete Davidson is the latest name to join the upcoming Abu Dhabi Comedy Season 2025 roster. Fresh from his success on the big screen in The King of Staten Island, the stand-up comic will join an impressive line-up of names already confirmed for this year’s festival of laughs.
Now in its second year, Abu Dhabi Comedy Season will take place at the Etihad Arena, Yas Island from 26 April and run until the end of July. In addition to Pete Davidson, top comedy talents such as the UK’s Michael Mcintyre, movie star Kevin Hart and Netflix favourite Bill Burr will also give audiences big belly laughs.
Originally from New York, the 25 June show will mark Pete Davidson’s first appearance on stage in Abu Dhabi. He is most well known for hosting the late night TV show, Saturday Night Live on NBC but is quickly establishing a reputation as an all-round entertainer.
Often on stage in the USA, he has a very unique take on comedy and often has audiences giggling with his on-the-nose observations about topics such as fame, the entertainment industry and even his own mental health.
Organised by Live National Middle East and the Department of Culture and Tourism – Abu Dhabi and Miral, each comedy show will take place at the 18,000- person capacity Etihad Arena. The waterfront setting is the perfect venue for a night full of side-splitting humour and is just 50 minutes from Dubai and around 20 minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi.
