OffLimits promised, and OffLimits delivered — we now know the complete line-up for the music festival’s inaugural edition, and an unforgettable night is in the works as some of the biggest artists are confirmed. Here’s everything you need to know.
Who’s performing?
We already knew that shapeshifting popstar Ed Sheeran is set to headline the big event, alongside performances by bands OneRepublic and Kaiser Chiefs.
DJ Duo Artbat was next to be announced as special guests with their audio-visual show packed with their unique sound and electrifying energy. Now, festivalgoers can also look forward to catching dance music band Faithless, alternative powerhouse Sevdaliza, Jordanian-Palestinian musician Zeyne, rising popstar Leony, and 90s trio Fun Lovin’ Criminals live on stage.
Returning to our shores for their Abu Dhabi debut is Altégo, the 20-something twins from London who have already racked up millions of views and plays across social media and scored a Top 40 hit thanks to their refreshingly eclectic approach to music. Michael and Lucas, for the uninitiated, last performed at Al Sahra Desert Fortress in Dubai back in March 2024 and vowed to become regulars on the local music scene during their chat with dscvr.ae.

What’s it all about?
A brand new edition to the capital’s thriving entertainment scene, OffLimits has been dubbed the country’s first open-format festival. This genre-blending event promises to redefine the music scene, bringing together a truly diverse line-up of over 20 international and regional artists for a day of electrifying performances and unexpected collaborations. The action is set to take place across two stages designed by Florian Wieder, who designed the pop-up arena for Adele’s recent summer residency in Munich, Germany. Going beyond music, OffLimits will immerse attendees in cutting-edge art installations, mesmerising visuals, and vibrant cultural experiences — all in the name of celebrating creativity and community.
