The event marked the launch of the highly anticipated Seven Wonders series, set to take place across Ras Al Khaimah in 2025.
Against the backdrop of the desert dunes, internationally renowned DJ Armin van Buuren performed to an intimate crowd of 1,000 guests at the Ritz Carlton Al Wadi Desert Resort. Blending state-of-the-art technology with Armin’s signature sound, nearly 800 drones illuminated the sky, creating a dazzling display of light.
With soaring pillars of LED lights and the vast expanse of the desert as the stage, Armin combined the mysteries of the cosmos with human emotion, creating a once-in-a-lifetime sensory experience.
‘Pillars of Creation’ is the first of many events in the Seven Wonders series, which will feature seven unique performances by world-class artists in locations around Ras Al Khaimah. Each show will be a celebration of art, nature, and technology, bringing never seen before live performances to the UAE.
