AJ Tracey, Aitch, Tion Wayne, and Krept & Konan have been added to the line-up.
Press Play, a new multimedia platform anchored in music and set to change how the World Cup will be being experienced in Dubai. Now, we have the names of four more of the 14 live acts headed to the Press Play Fanzone.
AJ Tracey
AJ Tracey is coming to Dubai. One of the biggest names in hip-hop and UK garage has taken over the charts with hits including Ladbroke Grove and Bringing It Back. He’s worked with some of the biggest names in the business including T-Pain, Dave and even the Gorillaz. AJ Tracey will take to the press play stage on 3 December 2022.
Aitch
Get ready to go wild, as the Mancunian rapper is coming to Dubai. Since he released Straight Rhymez in 2018, Aitch has been the name on everyone’s lips. Dropping hit after hit with the likes of Taste (Make it Shake), Buss Down, Baby, and Rain with the one and only AJ Tracey. Aitch will take to the press play stage on 3 December 2022.
Tion Wayne
The British rapper and DJ from Edmonton in North London is known for his singles I Dunno featuring Stormzy and the number one smash Body with Russ Millions. Tion Wayne will perform at Press Play on 4 December 2022.
Krept & Konan
The British hip-hop duo from London, comprises Casyo Valentine “Krept” Johnson and Karl Dominic “Konan” Wilson. Their debut album The Long Way Home was released in 2015 and entered the UK Albums Chart at number two. The album spawned the hit single Freak of the Week with Jeremih. Krept & Konan will also perform on 4 December 2022.
Press Play Fanzone, situated inside Precision Football at Ibn Battuta, will be kicking off on 20 November with tables now available to book. Football and music fans can expect a colossal 250 square metre screen that will be showing all 63 FIFA World Cup Qatar games as a plethora of food and beverage are served tableside.
Fans can choose between one of the myriad of tables and customised dugouts complete with their own branding, bars and table service for each game or the entire season pass. Those looking for the luxury experience can book one of the VIP platforms, including individual screens and pre match hospitality.
