The weekly MayaBrunch adds a touch of Oriental flair to Sundays in Dubai.
Recognised for providing unique dining experiences, Orange Hospitality (the award-winning team behind Alici, Il Borro Tuscan Bistro and the soon-to-open Josette) will launch a new Sunday brunch at the wildly popular MayaBay Dubai from Sunday, 6 November.
Originating in Monaco, MayaBay opened its doors earlier this year, reinvigorating the Dubai dining scene with traditional Asian cuisine and a stylish restaurant that effortlessly transitions from dinner to nightlife.
The effortlessly cool brunch is perfect for those looking to party in the shadow of the Burj Al Arab. The MayaBay brunch features a selection of vegetarian, meat and fish options paired with an Asian-inspired beverage menu. Promising a ‘brunch like no other’, the menu features a colourful display of freshly prepared rolls, MayaBay beef, seafood sashimi, gyoza, dumplings, and free-flow of dim sum.
The main courses incorporate the best of Asia from Thai to Japanese and Chinese cuisines. Think: black cod with yuzu miso sauce, wok beef with chicken or Thai basil, pad Thai with prawns, chicken or tofu.
Other highlights include a live sushi bar and a dessert trolley featuring Japanese cheesecake, date and miso toffee pudding, meringue with yuzu curd and pandan cake.
Live entertainment will ensure an electric atmosphere every Sunday.
Following in the footsteps of its sister restaurant MayaBay Monaco, MayaBay in Dubai looks set to become a firm fixture on Dubai’s dining and nightlife scene.
The MayaBrunch runs Every Sunday from 12pm to 3:30pm. AED 395 (soft beverages), AED 550 (house beverages and sake) and AED 750 (champagne).
