With the international frenzy surrounding the Taylor Swift Eras Tour, UAE fans who couldn’t secure tickets, or afford to travel round the world to see her felt like they were missing out – until now.
Dubai’s ‘Swifties’ are taking matters into their own hands, organising a Taylor Swift-themed night, taking place on Saturday, August 12, at Roll DXB in Port Rashid.
This unique event comes in response to the global appeal of Swift’s ongoing Eras Tour, which fans around the world have been lucky enough to experience, leaving UAE fans with a considerable case of FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out). However, this Taylor Swift Night event is set to change that.
What can fans look forward to? Well, you can expect to hear her biggest hits on repeat and with the event being held at Roll DXB, it’s setting the stage for a unique experience of skating around the venue while enjoying tunes like “Love Story” and “Karma.”
While organisers have promised numerous surprises, they took the initiative to address online rumours about Taylor Swift’s appearance in Dubai. In a statement, they clarified that Taylor Swift will not be performing at the event. However, you can be sure it will be an incredible night celebrating a music icon as the organisers are a trusted licensed parties and entertainment agency.

The event will be open to all ages, but those under 15 need to be accompanied by an adult. The event planners, also self-avowed ‘Swifties,’ promise a non-stop Swift experience from beginning to end.
The commitment of these fans doesn’t end there, exclusive merchandise designed especially for the event will be on offer. These items, which blend Taylor inspired visuals with Arabic calligraphy, and pictures of the star are already available for reservation through the event’s Instagram page.

The event, described on its official Instagram account as the “very first Taylor Swift-themed night in the UAE, curated and designed by Swifties for Swifties,” aims to cure fans FOMO and hopefully will be noticed by Taylor and her team, because lets be honest, we all need to see her in the UAE soon.
