By now, Chef Sheikha Hesa Al Khalifa is no stranger to the local food scene, infusing her creativity into pop-ups and restaurants ranging from Ana in Dubai and The Uncommon in Sharjah to Sla Café in Abu Dhabi. Now, the Bahraini-Emirati chef and the popular NOWHERE café have joined forces with The Abu Dhabi EDITION, inviting guests to embark on a sensory journey that celebrates tradition, innovation and community.
Iftar at Market at EDITION
Diners can expect a memorable iftar with loved ones at healthy eatery Market at EDITION thanks to an innovative set menu that was thoughtfully curated by Chef Sheikha Hesa. Renowned as a passionate food explorer and self-taught culinary virtuoso, she’s famed for drawing inspiration from her personal journey, introducing diners to Khaleeji cuisine with a contemporary twist. Priced at AED 220 per person, the menu promises dishes made from the finest ingredients and inspired by the culinary heritage of the region, each reflecting her culinary artistry and profound understanding of flavours. Iftar at Market at EDITION will be served daily through Ramadan from sunset to 9:30pm.
Majlis Under the Stars at Alba Terrace
As the night progresses, guests are invited to discover an enchanting Ramadan experience with Majlis Under the Stars at day-to-night eatery Alba Terrace. Guests can soak up the venue’s tranquil ambience with a delightful à la carte menu crafted in collaboration with NOWHERE, a café renowned for its speciality brews and artisanal desserts. The menu offers a symphony of timeless classics, decadent desserts, savoury dishes featuring innovative flavours, and NOWHERE’s exceptional coffee blends — all against the backdrop of picturesque marina views. The menu will be served from 7pm to 2am daily.
