The local outpost of this Ibiza hotspot will debut in JBR later this year.
If good things really do come to those who wait, then beachgoers are in for a treat as O Beach has confirmed its Dubai debut later this year. Ibiza’s iconic beach club was supposed to launch at Palm West Beach back in 2021, but never did. We now know that it will take up residence along the shore of JBR and open its doors in Q4.
So what’s expected? Elevated pool parties, for starters. The original O Beach has been synonymous with the ultimate day club experience for over a decade in Ibiza, and will now bring its blend of lively pool parties, leading DJs, and unique entertainment – silk shows, aerial performances and more – to the city. We’re told that O Beach Dubai, the first international outpost, will boast an expansive outdoor and indoor space spanning 55,000 square feet. Bringing the essence of everyone’s favourite party island to Dubai, it will also feature VIP beds, luxurious cabanas, and sociable tables surrounding a sprawling 4,000-square-foot swimming pool.
Elsewhere, the venue will house a DJ booth and VIP areas, setting the stage for the unforgettable performances that have made O Beach a nightlife icon over the years. Additionally, guests can enjoy an elevated restaurant offering 360-degree views of the city and beach, complete with a menu inspired by cuisines from every continent. A beachfront daybed area and sunset beach bar complemented by a shisha lounge will further add to the allure of the destination. “Bringing O Beach to Dubai is an incredibly exciting endeavour for us,” says Tony Truman, Co-Founder of O Beach Ibiza. “Our aim is to offer a unique and unparalleled day club experience, bringing the best of Ibiza to this dynamic city. The beach club’s fully immersive entertainment shows will be unlike anything else seen before in Dubai, featuring captivating performances that seamlessly integrate elements from the sky, ground and pool, keeping guests entertained and on the edge of their seats. Its strategic location, meanwhile, will offer unmissable views of the world’s tallest Ferris wheel, Ain Dubai, while perfectly positioned for enjoying stunning sunsets over the Arabian Gulf.
