From pineapple sorbet and coconut ice cream served in Brix’s famous croissant to refreshing mango magnum, turkey cheese focaccia, and a series of beverages blend seamlessly with this beachy experience. The beach club also features a soft serve ice cream machine, serving up creamy delights that are perfect for beating the heat. Inside await all the unique concoctions that make Brix Café a standout dining venue. The ingenious ‘Popcorn’ envelopes olive oil sponge, toffee, vanilla mascarpone, and corn powder in a white chocolate shell, while ‘Snickers’ offers an elevated take on a worldwide favourite, pairing peanut praline mousse, peanut crunch, and salted caramel with a chocolate sponge.
