Hyde Dubai Business Bay has opened its doors close to the Burj Khalifa, featuring four incredible culinary experiences – Cleo, Katsuya Dubai, Hudson Tavern and The Perq.
Experience familiar flavours, enhanced by a worldly charm at Cleo, which captures the vibrancy of Eastern Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with a Levantine twist. The dining experience is enhanced by an extensive grape cellar, table-side theatrics and an upbeat atmosphere provided by live DJs and entertainment.
Chef George Kniher has designed a menu bursting with shareable plates and classic flavours. From the colourful, plant-based Signature Mezze, complete with Hummus, Mouhammarah, Moutabel and Baba Ghanouj accompanied by freshly baked pita, and the refreshing Watermelon Salad, to the indulgent Black Truffle Flat Bread and Cheese Manakish. For a taste of the sea, guests can dive into speciality dishes such as the Sashimi Seabream Whole White Fish, or they can select a fresh fish from the display to be baked, grilled on charcoal or salt crust baked. For carnivores, the Cleo Mixed Grill, complete with chicken tawook, kafta, beef skewers, tiger prawns and lamb chops, will be a top choice. Finally, end your meal on a sweet note with a dessert menu filled with indulgent treats, including Cleo’s own Cheese Kunafa, topped with a creamy pistachio ice cream, served at the table.

A spit-roasted lamb will be fired up every day on the restaurant’s impressive terrace, boasting a shisha lounge complemented by Dubai Canal and Burj Khalifa views.
Hyde Dubai Business Bay also featured Katsuya Dubai, a restaurant that merges traditional Japanese cuisine with modern techniques and flavours to deliver an entirely original experience. Katsuya’s menu skillfully translates Japanese flavours into unexpected, memorable culinary combinations with signature cocktails, unique rolls, and speciality sushi and sashimi platters.
Over at the Hudson Tavern, guests can enjoy a relaxed, New York speakeasy vibe, complete with craft burgers, a cold brewery and a casual atmosphere. Led by Chef Tolga Mutlu, this new community hangout draws inspiration from American favourites. A must try on the menu is the signature Hudson Burger. Another standout is the All Day I Dream burger, made with a Wagyu beef patty, 24-month aged manchego cheese and tangy garlic aioli. Dinners can also indulge in a unique combination of caviar and crispy Hudson Fried Chicken, as well as Tuna Tacos served in a crunchy corn tortilla, topped with beluga caviar or Gillard Oysters, served with spicy sesame sauce and mango.

Pour-over, cold brew, or espresso-based, The Perq offers the finest locally roasted coffee, along with premium tea and rejuvenating juices. In partnership with local speciality coffee roaster, Nightjar, The Perq is a quaint café offering a daily selection of freshly baked homemade pastries and savoury snacks like quiches, salads, and toasts.
