Chef Alvin Leung makes his Middle East debut with the opening of Demon Duck.
Demon Duck, a signature concept Chinese restaurant, will become the latest addition to the exciting repertoire of dining experiences at Caesars Palace Dubai.
Three Michelin starred Chef Alvin Leung is a television personality who has also been touted as Asia’s most notorious chef. With the opening of Demon Duck, Chef Alvin brings an innovative twist to Cantonese, Malaysian and Korean classics, in addition to duck specialities.
Demon Duck is expected to open in March 2022 on the ground level of Caesars Palace Dubai. The venue offers intimate seating indoors or on the garden terrace while also featuring a speakeasy-style bar. The culinary offering will present classic Chinese dishes infused with local flavours.
Commenting on his debut in the Middle East, Chef Alvin says, “I have keenly watched the growth and explosion of the culinary scene in the Middle East, particularly Dubai, and I always knew that I would enter the market with a differentiator. When I was approached by Anthony Costa, I knew from the start that we are going to create magic. I cannot wait to introduce Demon Duck; an amazing concept that defies the ordinary with authentic flavours intertwined with playfulness, and a promise to leave a lasting impression on every customer. Imagination, creativity, flavours, and frolic are all elements of my latest creation – only for Dubai!”
