The unexpected collaboration between the burger specialists and sustainable fine-dining champion is just one of many ‘foodie experiences’ curated for this year’s Dubai Food Festival.
Expect the unexpected across five surprise courses as Pickl Founder Steve Flawith and BOCA Head Chef Matthijs Stinnissen cook up a feast. From oysters to foie gras, fried chicken and even s’mores, we don’t want to spoil the surprises that the BOCA and Pickl teams have in store, but perhaps the emoji-filled menu will provide you with a few hints on what to expect.
For one night only, diners can expect a unique culinary collaboration that marries fine-dining with fast food using organic locally-sourced ingredients and antibiotic and hormone-free meat. Throw in a paired drinks menu, live music, and communal seating, for a lively party atmosphere that is sure to match the fun of the culinary offering.
The ninth edition of the Dubai Food Festival will see two weeks’ worth of food-related events, activities, promotions, and appearances by food celebrities, each highlighting and celebrating Dubai’s dynamic culinary scene.
The BOCA X Pickl collaborative dinner is happening on Tuesday, 10 May 2022, from 7;30pm and is priced at AED 395 per person.
