Prepare for draught hops, live sports and Bavarian delicacies at Ernst Dubai.
25hours Hotel One Central has made quite an impression on Dubai’s hospitality scene since opening at the end of last year. The quirky hotel known for its central library, calligraphy stations and Analogue Circus (home to a collection of vinyl records and Walkmans) has also been paving the way when it comes to destination dining. In addition to Monkey Bar and Indian fusion restaurant Tandoor Tina, Dubai’s most recent hotel opening has now introduced Ernst to the city.

The authentic Bavarian tavern can be found on the first floor of the hotel, serving German draught hops, Weisswein and house-baked pretzels. On the menu, you can expect Bavarian sausage (AED 55), traditional Bavarian pretzels (starting from AED 35), Sauerkraut (AED 20), and veal escalope (AED 100).

Upon entry, guests will notice the stein lockers, which will hold personalised steins (that can be purchased on-site) belonging to regular customers that plan to visit often. At the centre of the venue, you’ll find a large maypole fixed to the ceiling and painted in traditional Bavarian colours.
With a capacity for up to 429 guests, Ernst shows all of your favourite live sports across multiple screens interspersed throughout the venue. The Bavarian-inspired venue will also feature regular live entertainment, quiz nights and seasonal specials.
The spacious outdoor terrace overlooks the Burj Khalifa, and is the place to participate in curling, a national sport in Bavaria.

Ernst Dubai looks set to bring the social and culinary Bavarian culture to the heart of Dubai and we cannot wait for Oktoberfest this year – prost to that!
