The London Project invites you to cool off this summer with the launch of the GCC’s first licensed Ice Bar. Situated on the vibrant Bluewaters Island, the “Summer Chills” Ice Bar will serve one-of-a-kind cocktails in collaboration with Beluga to cool your down as the temperatures heat up.
Guests will find their way into the main attraction, a striking simulation of an ice castle, which looks set to become Dubai’s latest must-try experience. Here, guests can marvel at the icy décor while capturing Insta-worthy moments while sipping drinks out of a frozen glass. Don’t worry about the sub-zero temperatures, as all visitors will be provided a stylish faux fur coat for an unforgettable VIP experience.
Love a raw bar? The famous juniper bar at The London Project has recently added a raw bar dining experience. Guests can now indulge in the new signature dishes, including Hokkaido scallops, hamachi, black Angus tartare, Scottish king salmon and oysters. Pair your food with the Pink As Flamingo Rosé or a Beluga beverage to be granted free access to the Ice Bar.
The Summer Chills Ice Bar will also raise awareness about the plight of the polar bears. The London Project’s ongoing support to the International Polar Bear Organisation will see guests randomly gifted a symbolic Eco-adoption certificate of cubs or mature polar bears to keep forever.
