Breaking the traditional rules of fine dining, its exuberant design and opulent interiors celebrate the revolutionary ‘Moderne’ Art Deco era that captured the adventurous spirit of the 1930s and comes together as an immersive and visually powerful experience.
Journeying deep into the retro-futuristic steampunk-inspired theme, the new venue invites diners to travel on a culinary journey, born of a finely articulated blend of Nikkei cuisine with Mediterranean hints. Amelia’s kitchen surpasses expectations with its inspired menu filled with expertly selected and mouth-watering dishes, from the freshest marinated Ceviche, Tiradito and Sushi to Amelia’s signature hot dishes, iron pots and the Robata and Josper selection of Tenderloin, Sirloin and T-bone Wagyu steaks, lamb, poultry and seafood.
Whether delighting on the ‘Lubina’ Ceviche or the ‘Azi Yuzu’ and ‘Azi Bloody Mary’ oysters, guests will find flavours designed to expand their culinary horizons. Elsewhere, the ‘Marsicos Frito’ – the signature monkfish and squid dish that features Nero di Seppia – comes highly recommended. The famed ‘Mariscos Mezclado’, meanwhile, pairs linguini pasta with lobster, calamari and prawns accented with aged parmesan and bathed in the restaurant’s signature kimchi cream. Factor in the mixology, which is practised with an almost chemical precision at Amelia, and you’ve got a new dining option worth experiencing.
