This haven offers an immersive experience featuring premium mocktails, exotic cocktails, bountiful bites, sharing plates, and an extensive selection of Mariage Frères, the renowned French tea brand.
At the heart of the venue is a bold and enticing dining menu, showcasing sharing plates like the Grilled Bao with Malay-spiced butter, shaped as cheeky animal pawprints and paying homage to Africa’s wilderness. Indulge in the Calamari Sosaties, a zesty twist on a South African classic, or savour heartier options like the masala-infused Prawn Arancini and Short Rib Sliders with a flavorful South African relish known as chakalaka.
For dessert enthusiasts, The Sahara offers a sweet symphony of apricot compote, cocoa nib shortbread, caramel chantilly, and apricot sorbet, while the Nyiri delights with a baked passion fruit custard, macadamia praline, and a tangy passion fruit cream.
The venue also presents a trademark selection of cocktails, adding a touch of sophistication to the experience. To Crown it All features Absolut Elyx, passion fruit, mandarin, kaffir lime, lemongrass, and ginger soda, while the enticing Madiba Fashion with Michter’s Bourbon, demerara sugar, aromatic bitters, and beeswax.

Forming part of the Flamingo Collection by Tashas Group, the African Lounge is open daily from 12pm to 11:45pm.
