The lively Saturday brunch is back in Dubai, with distinct Latin-American flavours and sophisticated cocktails at the jungle-themed restaurant.
One of the coolest spots in DIFC, Amazónico is returning this Saturday, with its signature weekend brunch. With bold flavours, live entertainment and Latin-inspired beats, the vibrant rainforest-inspired restaurant will transform into a lively dining experience every week.
The brunch experience starts with a selection of delicious starters, including ginshake nigiri, where salmon meets banana miso cream and chives, followed by arepas con carne, a white corn arepa filled with pulled veal and spicy avocado.
The main courses bring Amazónico favourites to life, with the flame-grilled baby chicken and fresh sea bass, romesco sauce and stir-fried green vegetables. To complete the experience, why not try one of the house desserts, such as dulce de leche milk cake which is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The menu has been expertly crafted by Group Executive Chef, Diego Sánchez Vargas.
Each week, the resident and guest DJs will play Latin house beats combined with live percussion performances to bring the party atmosphere to the brunch experience. Brunch-goers can take the party to the Paraíso Rooftop Lounge and sip on signature cocktails while the sun goes down.
Amazónico’s brunch is every Saturday from 12.30 PM to 4.30 PM with prices starting from AED 495 (non-alcoholic package) and rising to AED 595 for the house beverage package.
