Mott 32, the global restaurant known for its modern Hong Kong-inspired cuisine, is now open for brunch. The restaurant, on the 73rd floor of Address Beach Resort, combines traditional Chinese cooking techniques with modern culinary innovation to celebrate the culture and food of Hong Kong. Here, guests can dine in the vibrant restaurant, where New York industrial meets traditional oriental elegance, or on the open-air terrace, providing views of Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah.
To begin, diners can indulge in appetisers such as fried squid served with crispy baby corn, wood ear mushroom accompanied by coriander ginger, garlic, and aged balsamic vinegar, as well as shredded 42 days Peking duck salad complemented by beetroot crispy taro and citrus truffle dressing.
An impressive selection of dim sum follows, including wild mushroom dumplings infused with black truffle, vegetable spring rolls, king prawn haw gow, and chicken and prawn siew mai. When it comes to main courses, prepare to indulge in traditional rice dishes with a contemporary twist, such as sweet and sour chicken with dragon fruit and aged black vinegar, as well as king prawns with black pepper, garlic and soya sauce.
To cap off the brunch, diners can sample the restaurant’s dessert offerings, including sesame tart with lime, sea salt and pine nuts, and the almond and chocolate Oolong Tea “Xiao Long Bao”.
Brunch includes a curated array of beverages. Expect wines, spirits, and Mott 32’s exclusive cocktails. Delight in the Forbidden Rose (Vanilla-infused Pisco, passion fruit, lychee, chilli and lemon) or the refreshing Hong Kong Ice Tea (Jasmine tea, Blanco Tequila, Lillet Blanc and blackcurrant).
The vibrant and energetic restaurant is named after the address of Manhattan’s first Chinese convenience store, which opened in 1891. This location is now considered the centre of Chinatown in New York City and serves as the inspiration for the cosmopolitan atmosphere at the restaurant.
The Mott 32 brunch runs on Saturdays from 12:30pm to 4pm. AED 375 (soft beverages), AED 495 (house beverages) and AED 745 (Champagne).
