Brunch at Hola Rooftop Restaurant brings a taste of Spain to Dubai.
Set high on the 8th floor of The Meydan Hotel, Hola Rooftop Restaurant and Lounge presents never-ending summer vibes, evoking the soul of the Spanish islands of Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca in one beautiful setting.
Hola’s brunch menu offers a culinary fiesta with a magnificent selection of Spanish dishes instilled with a unique fusion twist. Take a trip to the islands with a menu of tempting tapas, including crispy chicken sliders, tempura coated gambas fritas, watermelon and feta salad and patatas bravas with a fiery salsa coating.
The appetisers are followed by a selection from the raw bar, which features ceviche, a bountiful sushi platter, and beef carpaccio with capers and parmesan crumble.
Main courses promise to leave yore satisfied and include grain-fed ribeye grilled to perfection, plump tiger prawns, grilled sea bream fillets, pollo Milanese with a herb crumble and gnocchi with truffle cream and spinach fondue. This Friday soiree culminates on a sweet note with churros, seasonal fruits and sorbets.
