There’s a new reason to visit Bluewaters Island (and it’s not Ain Dubai on Madam Tussauds).
SHI, the opulent Chinese restaurant located at Bluewaters Island will soon be home to a lavish Saturday brunch that features Chinese cuisine alongside free-flowing beverages.
Offering a social dining experience over an indulgent three-course set menu, diners can expect a variety of sushi followed by appetisers featuring the likes of crispy duck bao buns, dim sums, prawn salad with Vietnamese dressing and crispy soft-shell crab.

Soon after, guests can enjoy the main course choices, including Wagyu beef in black pepper sauce, wok-tossed lobster, grilled Chilean seabass with honey sauce, and corn-fed chicken with black bean sauce.
The SHI Brunch would be incomplete without a sweet finish, and the desserts on offer include taro crème brûlée and mochi.

Under the watchful eye of chef Li Yuan Hui, who has previously worked at Hakkasan in both Mumbai and Doha, SHI is the first restaurant on the island to plate gourmet Chinese cuisine. Visitors can feast their eyes on the eclectic décor featuring sleek ceramic teddy bear figurines and marine green accents while enjoying live entertainment from DJ Joker.
With waterfront views of the JBR skyline and the sparkling Marina, alongside a stunning close-up of Ain Dubai, SHI provides brunch-goers with a sophisticated atmosphere and incredible culinary offering.

The SHI brunch is available on Saturdays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 380 (soft beverages), AED 480 (house beverages) and AED 650 (bubbles).
