The Social Brunch takes place on the 43rd Floor at Grosvenor House Dubai.
The latest culinary concept from the world-renowned chef and owner of two Michelin-starred restaurants in London, City Social by Jason Atherton, offers modern-European cuisine in a stunning setting with panoramic views of Dubai’s skyline.
The Social Brunch is a new weekend affair offering diners a fusion of modern European and Japanese cuisine served from trolleys, accompanied by free-flowing drinks, live entertainment, and views of the ever-changing Dubai skyline.
The excitement begins when stepping out of the lift on the 43rd floor of Grosvenor House Dubai, where guests will be greeted with a refreshing Mimosa from the Mimosa trolley. Brunch-goers can then head to the lively cocktail bar to sip on drinks while enjoying the sounds of the resident DJ.
Diners will then be seated in the vibrant dining room, where they can enjoy three indulgent courses served sharing style, along with other surprises throughout the afternoon. The Social Brunch begins with Garlic Sourdough Baguette and Fried Spiced Chicken with Dallas Sauce and is followed by starters of Aged Beef Tartare and Koji Scottish Salmon. Next up is a selection of Brittany Oysters, Scallop Ceviche and Poached Black Tiger Prawns, served from a roaming trolley.
As brunch progresses, main courses such as Black Angus Beef Rib Eye with smoked maître d butter, Roast Cod with piperade, parsley, and shallot salad, and Aged Parmesan Risotto with braised trompettes will be served. For something sweet, City Social’s waiters will serve White Chocolate and Coconut Pannacotta, Cheesecake Choux Buns, and Apple Doughnuts.
But that’s not all. The Social Brunch concludes with a cheese trolley offering a selection of British Cheeses while the chefs pass around a nine-layered Tiramisu Cake, from which guests can cut their own slice. Lucky winners will find a golden gummy hidden within their cake, awarding them an exciting prize.
For those who want to continue into the evening, a complimentary drink can be availed at City Social’s very own Izakaya-styled speakeasy bar, 7 Tales.
The Social Brunch happens on Saturdays, from 12:30pm to 4pm. AED 550 (house beverages) and AED 750 (bubbly).
