At brunch, the seamless service brings a choice of starters and mains from the kitchen with an upbeat flair. Diners can choose from an array of brunch classics for starters, including salmon avocado with poached eggs. For those looking to start light, the shrimp carpaccio will be a hit too. When it comes to the mains, the selection of classic Mediterranean twists includes the wonderfully creamy saffron cecina spaghetti, while meat seekers can try the succulent braised beef cheeks. In addition, a choice of sides are available to complement all the main course options.
While revellers enjoy a Basko Bloody Maria, Spritz or grape options, a DJ amplifies the brunch to keep the tempo high. For a treat, an oyster bar on the terrace is the perfect complement to a glass of crisp white or bubbles.
