While the restaurant offers a sophisticated steakhouse experience by night, it’s the weekly Saturday brunch that has families in the capital returning time and again. Anchored around a live grill, where premium cuts of meat are flame-cooked to perfection, the newly billed ‘Summer Street Brunch’ retains all of your Foundry favourites while piling in a plethora of new additions.

Travel to London, where a red telephone box sets the scene for some quintessentially British treats, before hopping over to Spain, where an impressive live station prepares plenty of paella.

Southern Sun Abu Dhabi is a name synonymous with sushi, and all of the sashimi and sushi rolls from the hotel’s popular sushi night can be savoured at this brunch. Additional highlights on the whirlwind trip around the world include the cold seafood bar and a tempting selection of desserts.
The Foundry’s Summer Street Brunch is a family affair and includes a small play area for children and a ‘make your own cocktail station’ for adults.
