The luxurious beachfront resort in the heart of Dubai’s buzzing Jumeirah Beach Residence will be adding another exciting concept later this year with the arrival of Mott 32. Scheduled to open on the hotel’s 73rd floor in Q4 of this year, Mott 32’s debut in the Middle East is a collaboration between Maximal Concepts and Sunset Hospitality Group, the home-grown brand behind popular concepts AURA Skypool & Lounge, Goldfish, L’amo Bistro del Mare and SUSHISAMBA Dubai. The highly anticipated opening celebrates the Hong Kongese culture, where guests can expect traditional Cantonese dishes prepared with a modern flair that draws influence from China’s regional cuisines. Since opening in Honk Kong eight years ago, Mott 32 has become renowned for its philosophy of farm-to-table cooking, delivering Chinese flavours in a rustic and honest way.
