Experience Chef Soo Yong Kim’s future fine-dining vision for Abu Dhabi.
Led by culinary visionaries Soo Yong Kim, Llorenc Sagarra, and Dani Lasa, Les Dangereux revolutionises what should remain, retire, and evolve in the world of fine dining.
During a time when the concept of “sourcing locally” is often muddled, Les Danereux clarifies the term. With its sprawling 113,000 square meter farm in Yas Island, Les Danereux cultivates and harvests ingredients exclusively for its menu, making it the only restaurant in the UAE that can genuinely claim the title of “Farm to Table.”

Breaking away from conventions, Les Dangereux presents its menu in a format that transcends traditional sections and dish names. Instead, it offers personalised dining experiences tailored to each guest’s desired duration, accompanied by captivating narratives that reveal the secrets behind each culinary creation.
Among the avant-garde experiences, customers can indulge in the “Treats” menu. This menu showcases exquisite presentations like Caviar 2.0, Oysters and Steak, and Prawn and Yellowtail. It is perfect for social gatherings, providing luxurious yet uncomplicated dishes for guests to savour.

Les Dangereux dares to deviate from the conventional structure of salads, mains, and desserts to proudly showcase how the chefs themselves enjoy delicacies like Caviar and King Crab Legs in the company of their peers.
Moving on to Les Dangereux’s “Feast” menu, the restaurant explores the versatility of a single ingredient by presenting it in five distinct culinary interpretations. For example, the black foot French Poulet Rouge is transformed into a dry-aged whole leg, a sous vide roulade of breasts, a foie-infused liver mousse, and wood-fired grilled gizzards skillfully paired with Opus 1 Jus de Poulet.

Finally, the “Le Excursion” menu offers a comprehensive 15 to 30 course tasting experience. The opening menu narrates the culinary journey of Kim and Sagarra, featuring stories from their illustrious careers.
The elegant venue embodies a harmonious fusion of old and new. Traditional Victorian architectural elements seamlessly blend with modern aesthetics, paying homage to the past while embracing contemporary design concepts. Notably, a captivating floor-to-ceiling LCD column takes centre stage, displaying post-modern works of art and serving as a three-dimensional curved canvas for live performances when they occur.
Les Dangereux is open Tuesday to Sunday, from 6pm.
