The two culinary favourites are collaborating on a limited-edition menu that pairs pizza with Caribbean flavours.
It’s the culinary pairing that was not on our bingo cards: Pitfire Pizza x Miss Lily’s. And, as you’ve probably already guessed, the two powerhouses have joined forces for a sizzling pizza collaboration.
Running from Tuesday, 23 April to Thursday, 25 April at Pitfire Pizza’s new licensed outpost in Dubai Hills, it will offer a limited-edition menu crafted in collaboration with chef Richie Richards from Miss Lily’s.
Established in 2016 in Dubai, Miss Lily’s is known for its vibrant atmosphere and island-inspired food, bringing its signature Caribbean touch to this collaboration. Further back, Pitfire Pizza launched in Dubai in 2014 with the mission to transport guests to a pizza nirvana and serve artisanal creations that are not quite Neapolitan, not quite New York, but somewhere perfectly in between. The consistency of Pitfire’s cult-favourite pizzas, coupled with the team’s perpetual drive to innovate, form the foundation of this unique collaboration that celebrates Caribbean flavours.

Legend has it that there was a cheeky rendezvous between two masters of taste – pizza expert Michele Johnson and Chef Richie – who came together to create a beautiful fusion of flavour, combining ingredients from both of their kitchens. This resulting menu will feature two specialities: the Jerk Chicken Pizza, where spice meets tenderness, priced at AED 65. The base of this pizza combines Pitfire’s tangy tomato sauce with Miss Lily’s signature jerk sauce, topped with a two-cheese blend, sliced jerk chicken, pineapple, caramelised onions, and minced scotch bonnet. Next on the menu is the Braised Oxtail Pizza, priced at AED 75 and bringing together a tomato sauce base with three cheese blends, Miss Lily’s famous pulled oxtail coated in gravy, green capsicum, caramelised onions, and minced scotch bonnet. Both will be available in 10-inch sizes and, of course, feature Pitfire’s iconic dough crust.
But there’s more. Johnson and Chef Richie extended their experimentation to sweet treats, bringing an ingenious Scotch Bonnet Brownie – a fudgy chocolate chip cookie brownie and vanilla ice cream sprinkled with candied scotch bonnet – to the table for AED 35. To wash it down, guests can enjoy the Jamaican Red Strip Beer for AED 45 or the non-alcoholic Sorrel for AED 35, brought to the menu from Miss Lily’s bar. Bonus: the first 30 guests to order from this exclusive menu will receive a limited-edition co-branded tee for their role in taking part in this exciting collaboration.
