Concealed behind an unassuming door within a nondescript cement parking lot, The Showhouse is a touch eccentric, a tad mischievous, and a celebration of all things theatrical, bringing the enchantment of Broadway to life. The Showhouse offers a glimpse behind the curtain, seamlessly blending talent with taste to set a new standard for experiential dining. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant essence of renowned theatrical districts worldwide, The Showhouse merges immersive technology, interpretive narrative, and unexpected sensory escapades.
The Showhouse invites guests to delve “Down the Rabbit Hole” with the first installment in a quarterly series of captivating performances. The dining experience is accompanied by a French-Mediterranean-inspired menu crafted by Culinary Director Robert Rathbone, complemented by classic cocktails paying homage to the rich history of showmanship.
The à la carte menu features starters such as Beef Tartare, Burrata, and Chicken Liver and Foie Gras Parfait, followed by mains including Baked Seabass en Papillote, Filet Steak with Dauphinoise Potatoes, Ragu Confit de Canard, and Wild Mushroom and Truffle Tagliatelle.
